Apple iPhone: Trouble and Lawsuits in Paradise
It appears Apple may be taken to court by Cisco for use of the term "iPhone" and Apple is calling this lawsuit "silly."

Good Morning Silicon Valley's John Paczkowski has what may be the funniest headline on this whole ordeal: "With all due respect, sir, I don't think we can backdate the iPhone trademark" and has links to all the dirt on this potential lawsuit. John feels Apple is making a big mistake by not potentially losing the game of brand awareness by setting it's money on a name that they may not have rights to.

I'm sure we haven't seen the last of this issue, especially not if the number of blogosphere has anything to say about the iPhone. I still want one, and I don't care WHAT it's called!
