If you're looking for a new home, got $242,500 to spare, and don't mind moving to Twin Falls Idaho, you'll want to check out first Energy Star certified home in Twin Falls by the state Department of Water Resources and Idaho Power. An article on MagicValley.com lists some cool features like these:

The house has many of the features found in traditionally built new homes: A central vacuum system, granite countertops in the kitchen, a three-car garage and a media system has been included with a security camera at the front door. The audio system has been wired into the great room, kitchen, patio, master bedroom suite and garage. The house also has motion-detector lighting controls in selected areas.
Makes that 140 feet of speaker wire running through your hallway look kind of pathetic, huh?
