Gears of War: Microsoft Hits Homerun

Exclusive to the XBox 360 comes a beauty of a game, Gears of War. From what I've read, this is a game that people are going to LOVE! Gears of War, though a first person shooter, is a game that leans heavily on the needs to be a good strategist, NOT just one that you can crack off 100 shots first and win.

Microsoft reports that in the games first 2 weeks of release, 10 million games took place via Xbox Live (an additional $50 a month after buying the Xbox and the game).

USA Today recently discussed Gears of War, and they LOVED it as well. Maybe I'll ask Santa, er I mean my wife, for a Xbox 360 this year instead of waiting for a PS3 or a Wii.
