Home Theater's Biggest Mistakes
OK, so you are planning to install a home theater? Maybe not now but soon? Or maybe you have installed a home theater and not quite happy with how it is all working?

There is an article you must read if you are going to do anything with installing a home theatre. The article can be found on "Tech Living" titled "Home Theater's Biggest Mistakes".

You will find this article to be practical and right to the point - what to avoid when building a home theater.

Not mentioned in this article, there is one practical thing that you should not get wrong in your home theater, and that is do not put a fireplace under the TV, or the screen (if you are running a projection unit to show on a screen). For one thing, a fireplace will move the screen too far up the wall making it difficult to watch for any length of time. It is far better to place your fireplace to one side and allowing the TV or screen to be set at the right height so no one has to tilt their head backwards when viewing.

If you want to read more about the placement of items in a home theater then you could read "How to pick a home theater room".
