Since I'm a Mediacom customer, this Press Release really rocks:
The 10 Mbps service includes a wireless router and I've heard rumors that is will run about $70 a month. If you're in an area with Mediacom and don't have cable internet yet, I don't know what you're waiting for?
MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. --(Business Wire)-- May 5, 2005 -- Mediacom Communications corporation (Nasdaq: MCCC) today announced it plans to increase the maximum download speed of its flagship residential Internet service from 3Mbps to 5Mbps, at no additional charge to customers. Mediacom has free security tools? A good hacker couldn't find a link to these tools. I searched and got the run around as usual. Look at the Mediacom press release on the home page, it's still shows 2002...? Post the correct link if you dare.
