Pioneer Shipping New Home Theater Products
I just got word today that Pioneer is starting to ship some of it's newest home theater products. Here are a just a few of the top picks from each line with descriptions from Pioneer's website:
Home Theater Systems and Speakers
HTP-3600 – Adding the HTP-3600 to your TV and DVD player (and other video sources) gives you intensely great home theater-and some excellent options. Its tall speakers are actually each comprised of a front speaker plus a top-mounted swivel-lock rear-channel speaker. Using Front Stage Surround, Pioneer's Direct Diffuse technology combines Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and sound reflections of the rear speakers' signals off your walls and ceiling, creating an exceptional surround sound field without extra speakers, wires, and stands. You can also completely detach the rear channel speakers and place them behind your viewing position for a conventional 5.1-channel surround configuration. OR, you can add our optional XW-HT1 Digital Wireless Speaker* and transmitter, for enhanced rear-channel surround.
Audio/Video Receivers
VSX-815 – Pioneer's new line of highly advanced receivers offer exceptional sound processing ability, including Dolby Digital EX, DTS-ES, Dolby Pro Logic IIx and Windows Media Audio 9 Professionalâ„¢. The VSX-815 provides 100 watts of power for seven channels, as well as automatic room tuning for easy set-up.
DVD Players and Recorders
DVR-233 – You just found the replacement for your VCR! The DVR-233-S is a perfect way to create your own movies on DVD, or to record your favorite TV programs. It records up to 10 hours of video, enough for your vacation movies or an all-day marathon of your favorite TV show. Using a DVD-RW (in VR Mode) you can do some basic editing, such as erasing a title or making changes to chapters within a title. You can also set up a Play List – for example, a title for each of your child's birthdays – and then move a title or combine it with another.
Also be sure to check out Pioneer's Website for more offerings.
